Gritty on the Conan O'Brien Show
You may wonder why I'm posting about a hockey mascot, thinking it has nothing to do with kustom kulture. But, there is a connection to the Philadelphia Flyers' new mascot and Gnarly Magazine.
Gritty, as he is known, was designed by Brian Allen, featured artist in issue #4 of Gnarly Magazine.
Immediately after Gritty was unveiled to the world, the Internet was on fire with haters and people that loved Gritty. As an old school hockey fan, and Flyers fan, I fucking hated Gritty. Hated him. But, after seeing how much attention he was getting, and after seeing him on the ice, I admit that Gritty is growing on me.
Gritty is all over tv right now and one of the funniest thing I've seen is Gritty's appearance on the Conan O'Brien Show.
